Journal Entry-Monday Dec 4- Day off in Arlon

Dec-4 Monday Toured Arlon with Byrk Thomas- really fun-looked for shoe shops-more pie-a-la-mode-candy.

Two shows- 1430 & 1900- Read and lounged in between.

Dance-8:30 pm to 11:00 started out with  Jannette, a pert little lass who looked like Muriel only smaller- Danced with her sister and with Antonette, a girl friend who speaks fair English. Christien- a younger edition of Marguerite-not a good dancer but very sweet in transparent blouse & checked skirt-Parliased in basic English-watched fat S/Sgt. Jitter-whole crowd stopped to watch .
Jannette put my arms around her like she enjoyed it. - Dance well chaperoned.
